摘要

Firstly, we analyzed the importance of this study in accordance with development status of electronic commerce in China.Then we modified consumers'decision-making process in reviewing the traditional model of consumers'decision-making and online one.Proceeding from the point that purchasing behavior is determined by customer delivered value,we built the decision-making model. Finally we illuminated its advantages and disadvantages and made some predictions and proposition for future research directions.
