Polish business management dilemma in view of quality management on the example of stocznia szczecinska S.A

The paper presents contemporary dilemmas of the managing staff of Polish enterprises at implementation of effective management systems. Many Polish companies have got certified quality management systems according to ISO 9000 but sometimes these systems function parallel to historically fixed enterprise management systems characteristic for socialist economy and they follow its principles and mentality of management staff and employees.
