NEGOTIATION PROGRAM ON LICENSING PRACTICE OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHT MANAGEMENT IN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

In this study, we introduce a negotiation program onrnlicensing practice of intellectual property (IP) rightrnmanagement in information technology. The proposedrnprogram has a purpose to accelerate the spontaneousrnunderstanding of the collaborative negotiation style by thernparticipants in IP license negotiation class without unduerntime-consumption. We also present our comparativernnegotiation approach for accelerated training with thernconcept of group-negotiated surplus and its mathematicalrnformulation. We then show our experiments on thernpresented approach with an exemplary program on IPrnlicensing negotiation.
