RELIABILITY ANALYSIS OF STABILITY OF EMBANKMENT ON SLOPE IN PERMAFROST AREA

摘要

The correct appraisal and judgment of stability of frozen soil slope is the key that ensures safe operation on embankment on slope of the Qinghai-Tibet railway. The paper takes Ando testing section as the research background, considering the discreteness of the soil on the construction field and other extreme conditions of embankment on slope, and applying reliability analysis to its stability by Monte Carlo method.
