摘要

Electronic business impacts differently the business process in or between the corporations in variantrndegree. In view of the new features of the Internet, critical questions to be answered included: what are thernemerging business models and related to this, which strategic marketing approaches are applied, or emerging. Inrnthe paper, the business models in B2B are classified into four types as e-procurement, e-marketplace, e-tradernexchange, and collaborative trading community from the value viewpoint. And then the paper gives thernbenchmark among the four business models by providing a framework that has been developed on the basis ofrncurrent commercial Internet business. The difference between the value chain in traditional commerce and the onernin e-business is compared. And we give the success factors by a case study and the barriers to electronic businessrnin the developing B2B business model.
