Facing the opportunities and challenges of China's entry into WTO,logistics enterprises take BPR as anrnimportant way to improve the core competence.But modern logistics is a systematic engineering and itsrnrequirements are the standardization and normalization for enhancing the Chinese enterprises' level of logisticrnactivities.This paper reveal the importance of management technique,information technique and business model inrnenterprise's BPR through the positive analysis for business process of the third party logistics as a new systemrnafter reengineering businees process.
