摘要

The structure parameters of honing wheel effect on machining accuracy in ultra-precision plane honing,rnthis paper puts forward to the optimization of structure parameters by calculating the machining accuracyrncoefficient and wear coefficient of inside-triangle and outside-triangle radial structure honing wheels. With designrncirculation program and analyzing result data, it is obvious that the suitable radial structure honing wheels havernobtained to improve the machining accuracy in ultra-precision plane honing. Further, the results are used for thernderivation of the best pattern structure of wheel with lower honing wheel wear and high machining accuracy.
