One Pot Synthesis of Thiophosphorylation of Nucleosides

摘要

In this paper a convenient and efficient approach to one-pot synthesis of nucleoside-5′-phosphorothioates under mild conditions had been developed. In the first step only one chloride of thiophosphoryl chloride is displaced by nucleosides to form a new phosphorus-oxygen bond. The biological-activities of these compounds have been investigated further currently.
