From the foregoing, it can be seen that the U.K. CAA is, through its human factors and maintenance error management systems initiatives, fully committed to developing and promoting a better understanding of human factors and associated tools within industry, thereby leading to a further reduction in the U.K. aircraft incident and accident rate.
