摘要

We bring forward a new structure of automatic test system development flat. The development flat includes universal hardware flat and universal software flat. Because we use the virtual instrument technology, the hardware can be increased or reduced easily. In order to realize non programming design, we designed a new test model based on database to express the tested equipment. All the test information about the tested equipment is included in the test model. The software of the automatic test system development flat doesn't include any tested system information and only uses to explain the test model. When we want to design a new automatic test system, we only need to create a new test mode and fill in the information of this tested equipment by the test model design software of the automatic test system development flat. So, we realized the non programming design of the automatic test system.
