The comparison of mrpii and jit and their application in china

摘要

With the development of manufacture industry, many advanced production planning and management methodologies came out. Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRPII) and just-In-Time(JIT) are the most developed and the wildest applied ones of them. Based on the initial root of the two methods, this paper analyses their applicability and limitation. Combining with Chinese practice, it presents a proposal to the application of production management in China.
