In the background of world wild water scarcity, water conservation is appearing as an important indicator in the industry. Water, like energy, is a significant input into any economy. This paper provides a case study of a yoghurt plant in Kalleh dairy factory to access the material consumption through the cleaning in place process. The total consumptive material measured and a new structure for the cleaning in place tanks proposed. The current material consumption evaluated to the new design material usage. The results confirm that the yoghurt plant can preserve 8738100000 IRR per year utilizing recovery tank.
