To enterprises dealing with publications, introducing project management into publication activities is one of the effective ways of improving management and enhancing the efficiency of publication activities. Project management on publishing model requires systematic overall planning on each step of publishing works, achieving reasonable allocation and effective communication of persons, capitals, and materials, and thereby ensure that the publication is done on time, according to defined quality, and in order, so that the efficiency would be able to be achieved.
