摘要

Phase diagram of Sr_1-xBa_xZrO_3, which is a mother phase of high proton conducting oxide, has been established by using high temperature X-ray diffraction, DSC and dilatometry. The temperature, jump of specific heat and variation of enthalpy of three kinds of phase transitions detected in SrZrO_3 decreased with increasing Ba content. The phase boundaries among primitive orthorhombic, body-centered orthorhombic, tetragonal and cubic phase have been determined.
