Decision Support System for Coping with Sudden Happenings

With the development of human society and science, various crisis and sudden happenings have been increasing all the time. It has severely impacted on economic society and human life, with a great deal of economic loss.Especially the occurrence of the "9.11", the enormous impact of it has made the world's people experience the dread of sudden happenings. Therefore, nowadays people are conscious of the importance of the research on the sudden happenings. In this paper, approaches to cope with sudden happenings based on brittleness of system and the Theory of Jieke, together with theory of Extension and Set Pair Analysis has been discussed, and in the last, The Program Flow Chart for Coping with Sudden Happenings is present.
