Analysis on 'unified borrowing and unified reimbursing' financing mode for the loan by policies used in water-recycling projects

Currently, the construction on water-recycling projects is facing constraints of capital bottlenecks. The development of water-recycling has a great significance on the relaxation of the water source shortage and the environment protection, so the construction on water-recycling projects should be supported financially by policies to be provided by the state. The paper, with a case study, is to make an analysis on "Unified Borrowing and Unified Reimbursing" Financing Mode with the Loan by Policies of the China Development Bank for water-recycling projects.
