To date, the FACT program has not met its primary objective. The program has been very expensive. A significant amount of data has been collected but use of this data has been minimal. As of October 1, 2001, collection of additional data has been suspended indefinitely. Existing data continues to be available at no charge simply by contacting Lt. We are also happy to share program information with any organization wishing to conduct similar research.
