REVIEW-STUDIES ON THE GENETICS OF RESISTANCE TO FUSARIUM HEAD BLIGHT CAUSED BY FUSARIUM GRAMINEARUM IN WHEAT

摘要

In recent years, considerable emphasis has been placed on the improvement of resistance to Fusarium head blight in wheat. The study of the genetics of resistance, including the identification of the genes for resistance to FHB in several gene pools, is essential so that different genes can be combined to improve the overall resistance of wheat. Furthermore, the genetics of resistance to FHB to develop FHB-resistant wheat has been required to examine the relationship between the characteristics of FHB and resistance mechanisms in wheat. In this paper, our emphasis on the genetics and breeding of resistance to FHB is examined.
