It takes long time to design a satellite because a system engineer has to repeat an exchange with the engineer and the analyst of each subsystem charge many times. It will be quite effective from the viewpoint of high efficiency and reliability, if a support system is realized which can carry out the upstream design of a satellite rapidly even if a system engineer doesn't have special analysis know-how. This paper describes the outline of this system and reports the status of a prototype of the satellite design support system.
