Strategic Risk Management in Building Security

The rising density of people on Earth, the expansion of scale and dimension of natural disasters, the growing number of terrorist and criminal acts cause significant changes in contemporary architectural design methods and planning. Despite of generally used security procedures and design rules the loss of human life and property in disasters and emergency situations is still increasing. I'll examine why the emergency management procedures of today are not effective in such situations. What is the mistake in our security rules and design aids. How can we successfully use existing, and widespread methods from management, and business.
