The Dynamic Management of the Learning Process in Learning Organizations

摘要

There are two type of learning processes including individual learning and collective learning in the learning organization. We should manage the individual learning by the theory of " self-organization" , and manage the collective learning by the traditional theory of "organization". We may actualize the dynamic management of the learning process in learning organizations by the flow of power, which includes the sharing and redeeming of power.
