The U-curve Rule and the Ability Fostering of Technology Innovation in Small and Medium-sized Enterprises

摘要

It is generally acknowledged, technology innovation resources in large-scale enterprise are the most abundant, and the ability to resist technology risk is strong, therefore technology innovation ability is the strongest. This paper figures that the technology innovation ability presents U curve Model, namely besides large-scale enterprises, Hi-Tech small and medium-sized enterprises have a unique technology innovation advantages; even the efficiency is higher. This paper also carries on a deep discussion on the U-curve Model characteristics, summarizes idiographic measures in U. S. A. and Japan. According to the U-curve theory, recommendations are made for support measures for small and medium-sized enterprises in China.
