摘要

Aiming at the former shortcoming in need of too many types and numbers of shims, a more economical and simpler measure of adjusting the elevation of launching saddles was studied and taken for the launch of continuous beam with varying vertical curvatures. Under the background of the launch of steel-box girder with five-segment continuous curve of Hangzhou Jiangdong Bridge, a simulation model for the whole launch process was built by means of finite element software ANSYS. Based on the thinking of "lowering framework at one time" and "forcing displacement method", on principle of security, configuration, optimization and target, an ideal scheme of elevation adjustments of launching saddles, including the initial precambers of launching saddles, when, where and how much to adjust, was attained by trial and error method, which directed the construction effectively.
