摘要

Thicker γ-Fe film was prepared by pre-adsorption of oxygen on the Cu(001) substrate. The magnetic properties of epitaxial ultrathin film γ-Fe/Cu(001) has been investigated experimentally by Moessbauer experiment. The experimental results show that the ferromagnetic phase distributes within near 4 ML around the interface of the γ-iron and the copper.
