Logic and Cognizing Analysis of Knowledge Management System

摘要

A research on the logic and cognizing analysis of knowledge management (KM) is put forward in this paper. Firstly, we introduct the widely appreciated information about KM and then develop the new logic relationship among data, information and knowledge. We combine the set theory into the KM and give the cognizing analysis to the knowledge conservation and distilling. Three examples are outlined for the individual knowledge and company knowledge. Then, we introduct the widely appreciated information about KM and then develop the new structure of the KM based on the knowledge conservation and distilling, Knowledge transform, knowledge application, knowledge creation. Thirdly, the dynamic ascending relationship between the factors in the KM system has been given out. It is a great advantage and an important tool for planners and decision makers.
