摘要

The brittleness of high strength concrete (HSC) can be improved by confining with FRP. Based on the Drucker-Prager model of concrete plasticity theory, a new equilibrium condition is been set up between concrete and FRP in every step of strain increment and the stress-strain relationship curve of FRP-confined HSC is obtained by iteration. The calculated results agree well with experimental data, demonstrating the method proposed in this paper is effective in the application of analyzing FRP confined HSC.
