Mega-fame structures are also called Major-sub-frame structures. The particular two-levers support system of mega-frame is not only helpful to increase structures integrity, improve structural properties, economize material and engineering cost, but also bring more flexibility for construction design. So mega-frame structures have more and more extensive application in skyscrapers in recent years. According to the shaking table experiment of Nanjing Multimedia Communication Building which adopted a mega-frame structure system, this paper studied the dynamic characteristics, the seismic responses in elastic and elastoplastic phases, and the destroy form of the mega-frame structure.
