Case study: SCM Design and Application

摘要

With a brief description of supply chain and supply chain management, this paper probes into the principles, properties and purposes for strategic supply chain design and supply chain management. Then a specific supply chain design case and the detailed and tangible model is studied, which involves framework, flow charts, main targets and functions, and sub-systems of SCM (supply chain management). Optimization for SCM is ALSO discussed in the last part of the paper.
