The provocating and well known title "Growth without Limits" raises the question whether to take this as a statement or as a question. We are all well informed about the situation of the car industry in various continents. We also know enough about the constraints in the end-consumer market. This should finally turn the title around in "How can we manage a continuous growth?", quantitatively and especially also qualitatively. How can technological innovation drive the safety industry? What are the challenges and the potentials in our market? Those questions are addressed in the following chapters. Due to confidentiality reasons and since some trend analysis rely also on unpredictable parameters, some statements and graphs cannot be as precise as intended.
