We model liquids with vapour bubbles as continua with microstruc-ture, assuming that evaporation or condensation can take place at the bubbles surface. To begin with, we consider the simplest constitutive assumptions: a perfect incompressible fluid for the liquid and a perfect gas for the vapour.
