PROCESS INTERGRATION METHOD FOR AGILE VIRTUAL ENTERPRISE BASED ON VALUE CHAIN ANALYSIS

The present study puts forward a new method for the process integration of the agile virtual enterprise,based on value chain analysis method and modem optimal control theory.The proposed method can be described as follows:First,the value chain integration method of agile virtual enterprise was defined from the business process evolution model and business process reengineering (BPR) theory.The benchmarking method and quality function deployment (QFD) method were imported for process design.Second,the value chain analysis was used for process evaluation,base on ABC (Activity Based Costing Approach).Third,value chain system is set up and value chain reference model is given.The optimal solution for the process integration was transformed to a multipurpose optimal problem in order that the whole maximum value of partners within the agile virtual enterprise is achieved under time,quality,cost,and service constraints.Applying the proposed method to process integration was determined to obtain competitive advantages of agile virtual enterprise.The proposed method laid the theoretical foundation and tangible measures for process integration of agile virtual enterprise for difficulty to achieve synergy from business partner with dynamic behaviors,organization autonomy and distribution.
