The analysis of the data of the coordinated measurements of atmospheric-electrical, meteorological and aerologicalvalues recorded during extremely low temperatures is presented. The issues of the relationship between the dehydrationof the atmosphere and the evolution of the spectrum of variations of the electric field are considered when thetemperature is lowered to extreme values and the fog is formed.
