With the tide of the Chinese reform and opening, Chinese garment industry have achieved great improvement, and thus China became the big country in the garment industry but not the strong country at this stage. Facing the new situation of entry into WTO, Chinese garment industry will not only undertake to compete with the oversea famous brands that have come into our domestic market but only enter into the international market. It is a pressing task for us regarding how to establish and develop the Chinese garment industry with the characteristic of internationalization.
