Study on the Cooling Equipment and Technology of HLC Type Emulsion Explosive

摘要

In the producing line of the HLC type emulsion explosive, it is very common for the workers to fell the disadvantage of the producing line. It is very slow for the materials to cool off. To solve the problem which influences the producing line from producing continuously and automatically, this paper has made a study into this serious problem and found out a solution that high-efficient cooling equipment technology is used in the producing process. Having solved the problem of the low speed of the material, the continuous and automatic producing in the whole line is no longer a problem. Through the test of the producing practice,the solution proves to have satisfied the technology requirement of the working line and also it proves to have a very good producing efficiency. With an output from 1 ton per hour increasing to 3.6 tons per hour, the technology is innovation internal.
