Research On Models And Ways Of Project Interim Evaluation

摘要

Project management (PM), Project Evaluation (PE) has formed theories and methods. In this paper, we extend the traditional concept and understanding of PE and present the concept of PE corresponding to the whole project life cycle, and divide it into Project Ex Ante Evaluation (PAE), Project Interim Evaluation (PIE) and Project Ex Post Evaluation (PPE). We primary analyze the model of PIE and present four models of PIE. They are Two-dimensional Framework Model, the Clustering Evaluation Model, the Step-advance Evaluation Model and the Data Envelopment Analysis Model.
