摘要

The results obtained were as follows: (1) The Ni_3Al intermetallic compound -SiC composite material was successfully generated with using self- propagating high temperature synthesis method, obtained from X - ray diffraction. (2) The generation condition that the hardest Ni_3Al inter-metallic compound - SiC composite material is obtained was 12.5 Vol%SiC-1073K. (3) The 12.5 Vol%SiC-1073K that the wear characteristic of Ni_3Al intermetallic compound - SiC composite material was most excellent parameter.
