By using the electrochemical-mechanical compound abrading process and a high speed rotating tool system, babbitt metal moulds are abraded with easy, which improves the abrading efficiency and quantity of babbitt metal moulds, without processing defects like burning, scraping and work hardening on the surface of moulds.
