In these analysis and consideration, the importance of the psychological factors as the cause of the accident was recognized. At least a few factors were complexly related to each other in an accident case. When these factors were examined according to the type of the accident, the worker's experience, and the occupational category, there seems to be some similarities and characteristics. On the other hand, some problems were clarified. When there were a lot of descriptions about psychological aspects in the survey reports, it was easy to identify whether each factor corresponded or not. However, some factors could not be identified objectively. For example, the description "The worker overlooked....." or "He did not notice....." was able to be understood, but nobody understood whether it was true. Because, the worker had already died, and the information of his errors at the accident occurred could not be received directly from him. In the survey after the accident, his psychological condition at the accident can do nothing but be supposed. This is a severe obstacle that cannot be avoided by the research technique through the survey report. To solve these problems, it is also necessary to adopt another method, such as an experimental procedure.
