Mirror surfaces of roughness Ra 0.04um have been obtained by electrolytic abrasive finishing, because the process has two actions, the undulation is reduced by optimum abrasive loci, and further, the minute projecting portions are dissolute uniformly by electrolysis. The effective parameters, such as working pressure, actual working time, workpiece revolution, feed rate and tool offset height, have been tested, also the practical method to determine the parameters are proposed.
