摘要

On the basis of the adiabatic elimination stochastic resonance (SR) theory in small parameters, the way of scale transformation was proposed, which means a weak signal can be extracted through the linear transformation of high frequency into lower one. In the present paper, the proposed approach was applied to SR under the condition of large parameters, and hence a weak periodic impact signal overwhelmed in heavy noise created during the machining process was detected successfully by adjusting Langevin equation parameters of scale transformation. The research indicated that the method is valuable and available at vibration signal analysis of revolving machine.
