TURBO2 600V Diodes: Optimized Solutions For PFC And Other Applications

摘要

This paper demonstrates, through some major applications, the interest of a broad family of 600V diodes with several trade-offs. After explaining some of the technology used for this new family of diodes, the present paper is intended to help designers who have to choose a diode according to the application, in order to optimize its efficiency and reliability.
