CONTRACT'S LEGISLATION STUDY IN THE E-COMMERCE ENVIRONMENT

To many people, e-commerce is a newly commercial channel of connecting technological drive and demand tension, and there are enormous advantages in it. Contract's legislation study in the e-commerce environment is very pressing now, and it is characteristic of internationalism, security, technical regularization. There are all kinds of special contents on offer and accept, electronic signature, existence of contract, probative institutions, electronic agents, contract's implementation and so on. So what we should do is to refer to the experiences of national contract's legislation in the e-commerce environment, and make ours come out rapidly.
