The Cooperative Game in Supply Chain Appliance and the Competition Strategy for the Ports

Since the 1990th, with the changes in the internal and external environment of the ports, a new organizational mode for the ports—supply chain alliance, is spreading rapidly in the western developed countries such as America. It is displacing the role of port firms and strategic alliances and is regarded as the main tendency of the organizational mode for the ports in the future. With the competition among the pivotal ports and the shipping centres being more and more heated, the cooperative game in the supply chain alliance will play an illuminating role for the development of the ports' group and group ports.
