A 100 Hz terawatt Ti:sapphire laser is developed with spatial and temporal quality improvement of intense femtosecond pulses. Adaptive stabilization schemes are studied for timing and spatial precision. The laser is designed as high dense photon source for femtosecond X-ray generation by laser synchrotron method at 100 Hz repetition rate.
