PARTICLE DIMENSIONING BY LASER (AND STANDARD) TECHNIQUES AND APPLICATION

摘要

Some experimental results for the particles sizing by light scattering methods in different applications are discussed and compared with the dimensioning by other standard techniques. The particles are considered as fluid (or beam) propagation tracers and as a starting powder for sintering processes of interest in microelectronics.
