摘要

Principal component analysis of UV-VIS-NIR transmission spectra of matured wine distillates (1-40 years aged) produ-ced by three Moldavian manufacturers allows to characterize with sufficient certainty the eleven chemical parameters of considered alcoholic beverages: contents of acetaldehyde, ethyl acetate, furfural, vanillin, syringic aldehyde and acid, etc.
