摘要

Due to the address shortage and the increasing number of user who require high efficient router, Internet requires changes from IPv4 to IPv6 recently. IPv6 structure has the address 128bits longer than 32bits of IPv4 so IPv6 needs suitable Routing Table scheme and Address Lookup algorithm to resolve a bottleneck such as IPv4. This paper aims at hierarchy network structure for upper 64bits that is allocated from outside of IPv6 network 128bits, suitable Routing Table scheme and Address Lookup algorithm. Hierarchy network structure is divided basically into three levels and it has required different Routing Table scheme and Address Lookup algorithm for each level. The simulation measured the Address Lookup time of proposed Routing Table scheme in each level.
