The Collaboration and Solution of the Enterprise Quality Management in Supply Chain

摘要

This paper starts from imperative analysis of implementing quality management in enterprise under the supply chain environment. Three types of models of collaborated quality management in enterprise are offered and their characteristics are discussed afterwards. Further more, related solution is given to effectively implement collaboration of quality management.
