摘要

Virtual Enterprise (VE) is one of the important forms of network manufacturing. Its process modeling is a base for managing and controlling VE. The design principle for VE process modeling is summarized. The IDEF3 method is improved and a modeling system based on it is proposed, which is of dynamic characteristic, distribution, and easy use. The running way and the attribute of basic elements of the system are discussed, and an example of modeling is given.
