ROLL FORCE MODELS OF 4200 MEDIUM PLATE ROLLING MILL

Based on the actual steel slab of production, the flow stress is measured under hot rolling condition, and the mathematical models are obtained. According to the data analysis of synthetic measurement, the medium plate mill's mathematical model is established by data calculation. It is successfully used for on-line production control and brings enormous economic benefits.
